This is another Mexican Brachypelma species, and a favorite for many keepers. Females can grow to be pretty heavy-bodied. It is important that the enclosure DOES NOT present a risk of falling for the spider - it could result in a ruptured abdomen which is usually fatal. So, when housing this spider, make sure the substrate and/or hides are not more than 6" or so from the top of the enclosure. This is another great display species!
Offering .5" spiderlings
